SO, THE WEST KEEPS KAGAME IN POWER AND FINANCES HIS BRUTAL RULES BECAUSE THEY THINK WE DESERVE TO REMAIN IN THIS DUNGEON OF HORROR?

For over 23 Years Rwanda is controlled by a tyrant who is inclined to eliminate every suspected opposition, independent voice and intellectuals.  The rich and independent thinkers to keep those he can easily marginalise and control.  These impoverished people line up at his regime’s offices for jobs and tenders that are scarcely available and corrupted where they pay with their souls to take part. For those favoured because of their loyalty to the tyrant’s enterprise or for being better usable objects, to succeed they must agree to the conditions of constantly being loyal, pay homage of worship and praise to the tyrant. As I speak, this cruel ruler controls all Rwandans inside Rwanda and in exiles through such mechanism that is intended to spy, carry out assassination as well as constant persecutions to their friends and relatives.

Despite the tyrant’s role in Rwanda’s genocide which claimed nearly 1 million innocent lives in 1994, despite his bloody revenge which targeted mostly the Hutu and the Tutsi survivors he thought to have sympathised with the Hutu rule before 1994, and despite his war atrocities in DR Congo and Burundi, he’s still enjoying presidential immunity and the Western finances granted to flood our country with more innocent blood, cheat the poor with excessive taxes, and remains a stumbling block to the unity, reconciliation and the healing of the earlier and recent hurts of our dark history including the genocide. Peacemakers cannot negotiate with a murderer in a country where killings, favouritism and impunity still room large and its people starved democratically, economically and socially.

As Rwandans who managed to escape this captivity but leaving our friends and families under this brutal regime, we refuse to remain bystanders and let our people continue to endure these terror and hardships. We have identified a better course of action to bring the change our people and our country need and deserve. This process requires a Comprehensive Dialogue to bridge the tribal and political ideology which is still creating unnecessary demarcation between opposition who otherwise should join forces.  Coming together in this dialogue will lead to the mapping of FREE AND SAFE COUNTRY we all wish as a first step towards succeeding with building a strong and collective force we need to bring the required change. The ideal comprehensive dialogue we intend to convene will deliver an instrumental policy guide known as ‘THE SYLLABUS OF BETTER LIFE IN RWANDA’. It’s this instrument that will enable the dialogue participants to sign an agreement of amending their past ills, plan future peaceful coexistence and of course the desired partnership that will produce a framework and coordination team to move our collective effort forward.

Nonetheless, to succeed in summoning and convening this dialogue, achieve its deliverables and implement its resolutions, we need £2M UK Pounds.

Will you help Rwanda to re-establish itself?

Thank you,

Richard
