NPC REACHING OUT TO AFRICAN COMMUNITIES THROUGH AAG PROGRAMS

NPC is influencing African transformation from AFRICA CHAPTER I to AFRICA CHAPTER II, through the Alliance of African Genius (AAG) organization with a mandate to address Africa’s social injustices.

NPC has a vision known as the Alliance of African Genius (AAG) designed to accelerate a social transformation under the Africa Chapter II (AC2) program.

In AC2 we believein achieving an African better future if thediversity of African genius, is united as individuals, organizations, and businesses and not the states only. Africa is the only continent in the world where human resources are not fully exhausted which is the cause for Africa’s confusion and continued stagnation when it comes to development and social improvement.    If genuine unity is achieved with the people of Africa, genius resources mobilized, equipped, and backed by the policies, politically trusted, and supported to improve the world around them, Africa will have the potential for rapid economic growth and make meaningful progress in the leadership, development, technology, and social transformation that all of us need.

Assuming that NPC acquires enough finance, material, and human resources, its policies win in Rwanda, and gain momentum in Africa and the world, through AAG’s AC2 program, we shall influence the change that is overdue in Africa by engaging the communities of the whole continent in the following change agents:

  • Save Africa from generational poverty, famine, and diseases and encourage democratic governance, Advocate for freedom that gives voice and liberty to all classes of people through civilizing African societies, Fight illiteracy which is the source of manpower that aids tribal and civil wars that are causing untold grief and sorrow in African humanity, Advocate for an end to political hegemony some African leaders enjoy at the expense of an ignorant and poor populace,Encourage debate and understanding of the need to change from one man’s type of or rule that destroyed and is still hindering our continent’s development progress.  Share resources on how to reduce the number of victims caused by starvation and diseases. Create progressive debate and agree on strategies that can help to remove Africa from the least achieving continent in the world, Share ideas and actions of human development that will create national wealth, and civic stability and improve quality of life,Establish a continental store in which we all contribute and store for the future to reduce Africa’s constant begging and start giving in return, Design strategies for unequal distribution of wealth and trade it to different parliaments that will influence them to affect domestic policies, Design a plan that will help Africa from being a constant source of refugees’ production,  Become a neutral mediator and guider on issues related to ethnic and racial intolerance wherever it occurs in the world, Preach and safeguard fundamentals of human rights and freedoms enshrined by the United Nations, African Union, and other established bodies to promote the equal rights of African men and women and to balance treatment between the weak and strong.Help to establish conditions under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law can be maintained by African states.Establish and promote social progress and better standards of life enjoyed in greater freedom.Promote the practice of tolerance and live together in peace with one another as good neighbors, in our neighborhoods and states to state,Participate and take a leading role in supporting dialogue or other efforts geared towards bringing peace, security, and development to the continent Work with all African societies to create a development guide compatible with the millennium development goal and serves the practical demands and interests of the people, Aid the local and regional instruments to serve their beneficiaries without discrimination, distortion, or corruption by working hand in hand with their central government to monitor the implementation of relevant mechanisms that promote the economic and social advancement of all African citizens.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES

Alliance of African Genius’s choice is to escape the present and future avoidable dangers. These shall be our values and doctrines, which belief suit the needs of contemporary society:

  • We have chosen peace and development to be our identity and we shall cooperate with other communities of the world that subscribe to these values.
  • We shall disassociate ourselves from any community that plans or has engaged in any politics that deny other societies their collective and cherished values.
  • We shall always exercise caution in responding to new ideologies of other communities of the world until we have fully learned that they are harmless to any society’s peace, and harmony.
  • Any alliance agreement signed by the African continent shall not bind African society if the motive behind it is to back dehumanizing political ideologies.
  • We shall not allow African sons and daughters to engage in dehumanizing activities and politics geared towards promoting and defending allies’ interests and ideologies that are detrimental to African self-determination.
  • We shall always strive for peace; our security policy will be that of defending our peace, not attacking, provoking, or denying other communities their peace.
  • For these reasons, the Alliance of African Genius, will not encourage the production of mass-destruction weapons or engage in projects that support of those who are developing them.
  • For peace and hope to prevail in Africa and elsewhere, and for future generations, we shall preserve and conserve the environment.
  • We shall not rely on military supremacy, strong defenses, or a powerful economy, but on God who provides peace and greatness.
  • We shall not at any time be tempted by the productivity and facility of any land or achievements in technology to dream of taking advantage of weaker societies.
  • To defend our peace, we shall teach and promote its benefits, and encourage other societies to value peace as the best way to prevent hostility and aggression.
  • Because of the advantages of technology, we shall not suppress science, but protect and encourage environmentally friendly projects and those that reduce the risks of technology.
  • We shall not invest in military machinery, but in peace and unity characterized by strong and sound diplomacy, as a way of protecting our world that is cost-effective and environmentally friendly.
  • We shall support policies that exchange citizens with money and power because the lives of African people are more valuable than any treasure.
  • We shall support the politics of living anywhere in the world where feel confirmable and safe to cultivate peace, and we shall welcome strangers who wish to live among us if they are not harmful to our peace, sovereignty, and development.
  • We shall discourage ethnicity, tribalism, and sectarianism to avoid the divisions they are associated with; we shall encourage and help the people of Africa to work together for strong unity, economy, and peace.
  • We shall strike balance between capitalism and communism systems to avoid their extreme dangers for the Africans, but we shall in general humanity promote the value of God’s creation in oneness and specialization to achieve the best for humanity.
  • We shall discourage religious fanaticism to avoid radicalism in African peoples and encourage belief in one God.
  • We shall help in reaffirming and safeguarding the fundamental human rights and their benefits,

  • We shall promote the practice of tolerance and live together in peace with one another as good neighbors, between individual neighbors to states of the same region,
  • We shall participate in, and support efforts geared toward bringing peace, security, and development to the continent.
  • We shall ensure and support total peace, stability, and development of all African nations and peoples, by working with African societies to create principles and methods that will help to correct and guide African governments to meet the real needs, demands, and interests of their people in practical ways for the benefit of all African citizens.
