BETWEEN RWANDA’S DICTATOR PAUL KAGAME AND BRITISH GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS HANDLING FOREIGN AID, WHO DEFRAUDS BRITISH TAXPAYERS?
As the UK aids Rwanda’s misery and oppression, the US and EU sanction the dictator. How can UK taxpayers be unresponsive despite some UK officials allegedly defrauding the nation through this dictator’s cover?
This condition could be easily met if South Africa added it to its cooperation requirements with the UK. This will give us an advantage in the event it succeeds, as Paul Kagame will not be able to finance his terrorist operations in the region and beyond.
THE RWANDAN GOVERNMENT DOES NOT EXIST, THE COUNTRY IS MANAGED AS A SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS.
Take a look at the diagram below which illustrates the Kagame system and let me know if you would call this a government or approve it in your country. If you cannot sustain such a system in your own country, how can you justify your support of such a system in Rwanda?
How is this system sustained?
Public assassination and terror
Friendship and family gatherings or solidarity parties are forbidden.
Church services and weddings not controlled by intelligence services are prohibited.
Cabinet ministers and other government officials cannot travel abroad.
Government officials should not meet unannounced.
Control of communication and social media.
When hungry or poor, it is forbidden to express anger or dissatisfaction.
Punishment and requiring the victim to celebrate punishment in public to prove he/she deserves it.
Families destroy and betray one another to find jobs and stay safe.
Children are taught to act like Nazi youths in schools, camps where children are taught to act like Nazi youths and in their communities.
What would you call this type of leadership?
How would you describe the living conditions of the people forced to live under this condition?
In your country, would you accept such a thing?
What is the reason you finance or endorse this oppression in Rwanda?
Dedicated to making Rwanda a free and safe country!

The people of Rwanda have suffered repression and oppression from Paul Kagame, which he occasionally exports abroad. After the genocide, your countries provided a great deal of support for Rwanda’s reconstruction and stabilization, but a lot of your support enriched one person (Paul Kagame), turning him into a small cult that the marginalized population was forced to worship because he had the power and money to order their executions without consequence. Yesterday, he seemed to be begging you for your endorsement of his aggression against the Democratic Republic of Congo, as well as for your support of his regime, as the people and institutions he normally corrupts and gets away with his crimes are not helpful now.
As far as human justice and institutions are concerned, they are subject to corruption, but God’s justice is always fair, albeit it takes time.
The time has come to vindicate the suffering masses at the hand of one man, and you can only assist God’s process to ensure the best regime change is possible.
Other than that, I ask you to please follow the same requests I made in the letter to east African heads of states attached herewith.
